Susan Schall has an unparalleled understanding of the luxury market in California's Tri-Valley region. A co-founder of Park46, Susan brings a wealth of experience from her work at top-tier brands like Microsoft, Keller Williams, and Sotheby's International Realty. With her concierge approach and collaborative style, she is a trusted advisor for honest guidance, strategic negotiations, and expert market analysis. She's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the luxury market, whether it's through cutting-edge technologies or new partnerships and ideas.
 
As a certified negotiation expert, Susan effectively represents her clients and ensures their best interests are protected in the negotiation process. Susan is also dedicated to making a positive impact in her local community and actively supports local causes such as food banks, women’s shelters, and children’s charities. As a graduate of Leadership Pleasanton, Susan is well-acquainted with community assets, needs, and issues, and provides a forum to discuss these challenges with community leaders.
 
Susan has traveled the world working in real estate, attending events, and networking in many far-off cities, including a stint at the real estate desk at the Sotheby's Autumn Auction in Hong Kong. She and her listings have appeared on Million Dollar Listing SF and her listings have been written up in publications all over the world.
 
Susan has had good success in the industry as evidenced by the numerous awards and recognitions she has received. As a partner at Fabulous Properties, Susan and her late sister, Donna Garrison, were named Pleasanton's Best Real Estate Team for 5 consecutive years by Pleasanton Weekly Readers and inducted into their Hall of Fame from 2020 to 2021. She was named the BayEast Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year and has earned national recognition multiple years by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal's America's Best and has been named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents by Real Estate Executive. She's earned Chairman's Circle honors from Sotheby's and her team was named the #4 Team in the world while at KW.
 
A third-generation Californian, Susan has deep roots in the state and loves all things Golden State. In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends and family at their lakeside home at Lake Tulloch, take road trips, and strategize with her husband on how to take full advantage of his United Airlines flight benefits, always looking for the next adventure.
