"Stephany is a hidden gem. She's an incredibly effective REALTOR whose charm and composure gave us an unfair advantage in this hyper-competitive seller's market. After working with an agent that was oversubscribed, we were keen on finding someone who'd be more accessible and reliable. A partner throughout the home buying process that would be in sync with us, understand the nuances of the market, and be a strong negotiator when the rubber hit the road. I think we set the bar too low for Stephany. From the first call, she immediately understood what we needed as a client. She took her time to figure out what our priorities were and how we needed to approach what was a very competitive market. Being so aware of our needs enabled her to be an extension of us working seamlessly on our behalf. When we decided to submit an offer on a home that was at the top of our range, she remained optimistic and didn't get frustrated even though it was a long shot. She advised within our means and comfort level and was firing on all cylinders even with the odds against us. What many might have felt was a fool's errand, Stephany embraced the challenge and it really showcased her character to us. Although we lost that home, Stephany was quick to pick us up and reorient us for the next opportunity. And just the following week, we found an even better home that was far more attainable. Stephany had great advice on how to put together a winning bid. Meanwhile, she quickly established rapport with the selling agent and really put in the time to find out what made the sellers tick. This proved to be essential down the road as there were 11 offers! Again her composure shined through as we put together a strategic counteroffer that was in tune with what the sellers were looking for. We somehow won out in the end and are still in a daze about how it all came together. We truly believe Stephany's charisma and candor are what got us the inside track and ultimately our home.
