Stephany Jenkins brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry. Growing up in Santa Cruz in a real estate family, Stephany has been exposed to the business from a young age. She started her career in corporate America in promotional sales before transitioning to real estate in Orange County and eventually moving to Pleasanton.
 
Stephany has a long background in influential brands such as Sotheby's International Realty and Keller Williams. She is also an active real estate investor with current projects in Maui and has VRBO and Airbnb host experience. Stephany has extensive training and implementation of tried and true as well as innovative new strategies.
 
Stephany is a consultative real estate agent who works closely with her clients to understand their personalities and motivations to create smoother transactions and positive outcomes. Whether helping clients purchase a home by finding the ideal property at the right price with all the neighborhood amenities that matter, or taking the stress out of selling and getting top dollar in the shortest amount of time, with her experience, knowledge, and passion for real estate and her community, Stephany is the perfect choice for buying or selling property.
 
In addition, Stephany has built positive and collaborative relationships with other local real estate agents and is a trained negotiator. Stephany's accomplishments are numerous, having been named by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal's America's Best Real Estate Agents. She has also received the Chairman's Circle award at Venture Sotheby's International Realty multiple years in a row.
 
Stephany is deeply connected to her community, raising two kids in Pleasanton while being actively involved in the National Charity League and the Pleasanton Mothers Club. Stephany has also been active in Dublin Rotary and PTA and is a graduate of Leadership Pleasanton. She is passionate about traveling, hiking, reading, beaches, and spending time at her family's Lake Tulloch home.
